    We shall endeavor to deliver your order within 1 - 3 working days upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specified. You should be able to receive your order within 3-7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday) after shipment date, depending on the shipping courier Service.

    Satu Gadget SDN BHD is committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you safely and on time. Therefore only the authorized receiver shall be permitted to accept the delivery. Please make sure that the authorized receiver is present to make the authorized signature.

    Satu Gadget SDN BHD reserve the rights not to release the delivery in the absence of the authorized receiver. Satu Gadget SDN BHD is making every effort to deliver your order within the time stated. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, a slight delay in deliveries might occur, Satu Gadget SDN BHD will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or delayed delivery.

    In the event, if your package is lost by the shipping courier and your package has not been insured, we will only replace the lost products with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request.

    Returns


    Returns must be done within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

    You received the wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect (excluding goods marked as display set items or clearance goods).

    And the general requirements for returns are as follows:

    1. You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

    2. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling

    3. condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it.

    4. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.

     

    Under what conditions is/are the product non-returnable:

    1. Items that have been purchased for more than 7 days.

    2. The item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it.

    3. The item has no defects. You've changed you're mind because of wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere.

    4. Defaulted on payment for item.

    If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and simply visit any of our retail stores or contact our  Customer First Team.

    Our customer service agent will verify the return reason We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.

    If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to our Customer Service (0173888388). If it's valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.

    If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

    If in any situation that customer insists on returning the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will charge restocking fee of 25% or more, subject to phone and package condition verify by our technician and sales representatives.


    Refund Policy -

    Refunds will be given at the discretion of Satu Gadget's management.

    For you to receive your refund, you can expect a timeline between 7 working days upon refund confirmation. This is a standard internal procedure that is taken at Satu Gadget SDN BHD to ascertain accurately the reason of the refund and  the processing time between departments.

    We will refund you the full amount of the purchase excluding the processing fee / bank charges that was incurred for your purchase.
